What is Party With Purpose?

Party with Purpose is a community-driven initiative that gives one deserving child each month a joyful, unforgettable birthday celebration!

Founded on the belief that every child deserves to feel special, we bring together local vendors and creatives to gift one child a full birthday party experience. From event planning, balloons, and backdrops, venues to cakes, treats, entertainment, photography, keepsakes and more

Each celebration is a team effort filled with love and generosity.

This initiative is all about giving back, creating joyful memories, and reminding children that they’re seen, supported, and celebrated by their community.

🤍 Community Giving

Central Coast Teddy Bear Picnic is proud to support Party With Purpose by donating a special birthday present for each child allocated a party.

Central Coast Teddy Bear Picnic is a dedicated fundraising initiative organised by Elle Rushton, whom has been proudly supporting Bear Cottage since 2013.

Bear Cottage is the only children’s hospice in NSW and one of only three in the whole of Australia. Providing support, respite and end-of-life care for children with life-limiting illnesses and their families. Bear Cottage care for children from across Australia and from all walks of life. Each child who visits lives with a condition which means they are unlikely to see their eighteenth birthday, or their ninth birthday, or sometimes even their first birthday.

All funds raised through events hosted by Central Coast Teddy Bear Picnic will be donated directly to Bear Cottage, through our Superhero Week Fundraiser Page:

Donations can also be made to this live fundraising page at any time between April - September each year.
